Product Description
Today, with the rapid development of economy and technology, the quality of products is receiving people's attention, and people pay more attention to the environmental adaptability of products. Reasonably formulating the environmental conditions of products, correctly selecting environmental protection measures for products and doing environmental experiments are important links to ensure product reliability and quality.
The performance of the equipment, in addition to its inherent technological advancement, its adaptability to the use environment, reliability and environmental resistance during actual use and transportation are components that cannot be ignored that affect the performance of the equipment. In order to improve the technical level of equipment and improve the working reliability of equipment, various reliability tests of equipment have been widely carried out in the development and production of various types of equipment. This includes inclined plane impact testing machines. The inclined plane impact testing machine can simulate the horizontal impact and collision environment of packages and packaging containers during transportation. It can be used by scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, packaging technology testing centers, packaging material manufacturers, foreign trade, transportation and other departments to conduct inclined plane impact testing. Commonly used test equipment.
The test principle of inclined plane impact uses the principle of converting the potential energy of an object into kinetic energy. When the package slides to the end at a predetermined position, it obtains a certain impact speed and collides with an impact plate perpendicular to the direction of the speed to achieve the predetermined test purpose.
Test steps
First, place the test sample on the work trolley in a predetermined state. The impact surface or edge of the test sample should be flush with the front edge of the trolley or the distance beyond the edge of the trolley should not be greater than 50mm.
When impacting the test sample, the angle between the impact surface and the impact surface of the baffle shall not be greater than 2°. When impacting the test sample, the angle between the impact edge and the impact surface of the baffle shall not be greater than 2°. If the test sample is a parallelepiped, the angle error between one of the two faces that make up the edge and the impact surface of the baffle should be no more than ±5º or within ±10% of the predetermined angle. Lift the work trolley along the rail slope to the corresponding height where the required impact speed can be obtained, and then release.
This machine complies with the international standard ISO2244-2001 (E) "Packaging - Complete and full transport packages Part 5, horizontal impact test, inclined plane impact test, pendulum test"
