Description:
UV Aging Test Chamber simulates damaging effects of long term outdoor exposure of sunlight, heat, moisture on materials and coatings. It exposes specimen to varying conditions of weathering- ultraviolet radiation, moisture and heat to test the performance and improve the quality.
User-friendly design:
Unique design mirror reflection system to ensure a large and sufficiently uniform in exposure, also can enhance light irradiance and shorter sample exposure time.
Slides out of sample tray for easy placement of multiple samples, it can be placed on the bottles, test tubes, petri dishes and other special samples.
Can be interchanged the Xenon lamp with U.S brand, the life of lamp up to 1500 hours.
Adopt PLC touch screen controller from SIEMENS, easy to observe and operate.
Features: 1. UV aging test machine can do two kinds of testing: aging and anti-yellowing.
2. Aging: the machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. It's generally thought that test for one day at 70°C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.
3. Anti-yellowing: the machine stimulate the atmosphere environment, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It's generally thought that the appearance change at 50°C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.

The heating mode is the inner tank heating, fast heating and uniform temperature distribution
The drainage system uses reflux type and U-type sedimentation device to drain water
The distance between the sample surface and the UV lamp plane is 50 mm and parallel
