Main Features
1.Humanized design
Set of microcomputer controller, control stability, accuracy, reliability, using 304 stainless steel liner, semi-circular arc corners, easy to clean, easy to operate.
Sets a unique air circulation to ensure even distribution of wind inside the studio. There is a 25mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box.
2.Continuous operation guarantee
The two sets of imported compressors are switched automatically to ensure that the drug test does not fail for a long time. Breakthroughs in the inability of domestic drug test chambers to run continuously for a long time.
Continuous operation does not require defrosting and avoids the use of defrosting due to temperature and humidity fluctuations inside the box.
3.Quality assurance

4.Security function

5.UV sterilization system (optional)
Ultraviolet germicidal lamp is placed in the back wall of the box, which can disinfect the interior of the box on a regular basis. It can effectively kill floating bacteria in the circulating air in the box and the water vapor in the humidifying plate, thus effectively preventing the pollution during the drug test.
6.Automatic illumination monitoring and control (optional)
Break the defect that the illuminance of the existing domestic stable test box cannot be monitored and controlled. The optical sensor is used for monitoring and steplessly adjustable to reduce the illumination attenuation and test error due to the aging of the lamp.
Data record and fault diagnosis display
When the test box fails, the dynamic display will show fault information, and the test box operation failure will be clear at a glance. Can connect the printer or 485 communication interface, use the computer and the printer to record the temperature and the time curve, provides the strong guarantee for the test process data storage and the playback.
7.programmable touch screen controller (optional)
With a large screen touch screen, the screen is easy to operate and easy to program edit.
The controller operation interface is set in English or Chinese, and the instant operating curve can be displayed on the screen.
It has a capacity of 100 groups of 1000 segments and 999 cycles. The maximum value for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes.
After the data and test conditions are input, the controller has a screen lock function to avoid human touch and stop.
8.With P.I.D automatic calculation function, it can immediately correct temperature and humidity changes, making the temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.
With RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, the program can be designed on the computer to monitor the test process and perform the switch function.
