2. At the pinnacle temperature of +40 °C, the relative humidity should remain capably controlled at no more than 50%. However, at cooler temperatures, such as +20 °C, a relative humidity of up to 90% is permissible, accommodating natural environmental fluctuations.
3. The air quality should be impeccably clean, devoid of any corrosive or explosive gases, and free from conductive and insulating dust. This helps maintain the distribution box's performance and safety standards.
4. The installation should be stable, ideally vertical, with no notable shaking or vibrations. The inclination should be kept minimal, not surpassing an angle of 5 degrees, to ensure secure and reliable operation.
5. The operational altitude is not to exceed 2000 meters, maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the electrical distribution box.
6. The switch cabinet is designed for safe transportation and storage within a temperature range of -25 °C to +55 °C, and in extraordinary circumstances, it can withstand up to +70 °C for durations not exceeding 24 hours.
7. Should any of these conditions not be met, it is imperative for users to engage in discussions with the manufacturer to ensure tailored solutions can be provided.
When placing an order, the User shall provide:
1. A comprehensive main circuit distribution system diagram, complete with phase layout. Clearly denote the rated working voltage, working current, and the protection device's current. Include any necessary technical parameters for a seamless integration process.
2. Clearly specify the dimensions and specifications of the incoming and outgoing cables to ensure compatibility and optimal functionality.
3. The model, specification, and quantity of the primary electrical components within the differential cabinet should be detailed to guarantee precise assembly and operation.
4. If a bus extrusion or bus duct is required between the switch cabinets or incoming cabinets, please provide specific data such as span and height from the ground, ensuring a perfect fit and functionality.
5. Should the switch cabinet operate under special environmental conditions, these must be detailed at the time of ordering to customize the product to your specific needs.
6. Specify the surface color of the switch cabinet alongside other unique requirements to tailor the product to your aesthetic and functional preferences.
