Features
1.Automatic or manual adding water system, auto supplement water when lack of water, which ensure test will not be paused.
2.Temperature controller adopts digital display, PID control error ± 0.1 ° C.
3.Double over heat protection and alarm when lack of water to ensure safety usage.
4.Test chamber uses steam direct heating mode, ensure fast heating and uniform to reduce standby time.
5.Precision glass nozzle is available to adjust fog and amount of fog.Test Principle
Compress corrosive solution as air-atomizing to cover each sides of sample. Continuously or circularly conduct this test until sample appear prospective corrosive phenomenon. Record the corrosive time to assess sample's corrosion resistance.

Q: What's your lead time?

Q: Are you able to provide a ISO 17025 calibration certificate?
A: Yes, we generally provide two calibration certificates(optional).
• ISO 17025 certificate provided by a third party inspection company with charges.
• Calibration certificate provided by UTS without charges.
Q: Can you send report of fumigation report?
A: Our packing is composite board, not log, so it do not need fumigation treatment.
