This machine is used to test the torsional strength of badminton rackets and tennis rackets. Fix the head of the frame, clamp the handle, apply a certain torque or twist angle, the torque sensor senses the torque, the rotary encoder senses the angle, cooperate with the U25 controller, and return to the zero point to observe the damage of the sample.
Features of Racket Torsional Strength Testing Machine
This machine adopts precise torque sensor and rotary encoder, which can accurately reflect the torque and rotation angle value. It is controlled by U25 controller, and the test conditions can be set arbitrarily. The sample is easy to hold, the torsion speed can be set within a certain range, and different torsion directions can be selected according to requirements.

Every machine from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally,we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation,If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem,we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2.. What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 7-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
