Scope of application
Salt spray test chamber is widely used in aerospace, m, electronics, electrical appliances, telecommunications, medical and pharmaceutical, colleges and universities, scientific research units and other industries to conduct environmental machine reliability testing of product shape, temperature and humidity resistance.
This product conforms to CNS, ASTM, JIS and ISO standards.
The salt spray test is aimed at testing the corrosion resistance of each material and its surface after coating, electroplating, anodic treatment, rust preventive oil and other anticorrosive treatments.
Spray method: A: continuous salt spray test machine B: programmable salt water spray test machine.
1. The whole PVC board system, with advanced three-dimensional reinforcement technology, has strong structure and never deformed.
2. The automatic/manual water adding system has the function of automatically/manually replenishing the water level when the water level is insufficient, and the test is uninterrupted.
3. Precision glass nozzle, 4000 hours to ensure no crystallization obstruction.
4. The control instruments are all on the same board, which is easy to operate and clear at a glance.
5. Attach double overheat protection, warning of insufficient water level to ensure safe use.

7. The laboratory adopts steam direct heating mode, which increases the temperature quickly and reduces standby time.
8. The spray tower is equipped with conical dispersing device, guiding fog, regulating fog quantity and even falling fog.
9. The barrel adopts Henry's law to increase temperature and humidity, and to provide the humidity needed in the laboratory.
