Vaporized VHP Pass Box Electronic Interlock for Food Safety in Industry
Miran VHP Pass box by using the advantages that hydrogen peroxide can kill spores more than liquid at room temperature, it can be used to attack cellular components, including lipids, proteins and DNA tissues, to meet the requirements of complete sterilization. The sterilization method is dry sterilization, temperature and humidity controlled. ability and scope of sterilization: hydrogen peroxide vapor has a wide range of inactivated bactericidal effects on microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and fungi, including∶ thermophilic bacillus, bacillus subtilis, plant bacteria, atypical bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc. The working cycle of vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizer is divided into four stages: dehumidification, formation of sterilization conditions, sterilization and exhaust ventilation and gas exchange.

Principle of vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization:
The hydrogen peroxide vector vaporization chamber converts liquid H2O2 with a concentration of 30% -35% into a gaseous state. The preheated circulating air serves as the carrier, continuously spraying hydrogen peroxide gas out until the concentration of hydrogen peroxide gas in the space reaches saturation. High concentration hydrogen peroxide gas forms sub micron sized surrounding layers on the surfaces of various objects and microorganisms (as shown in the figure below), and hydrogen peroxide molecules release highly oxidizing free radicals to kill various microorganisms.
Free radicals can achieve a minimum 6-log killing effect on microorganisms.
The hydrogen peroxide transfer window mainly includes four stages in the sterilization process:
Preparation stage, vaporization stage, maintenance stage, and ventilation stage.
